In 2011 Jonathan Hofmeister (*1992, Fürth GER) started studying at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln, Germany, and the conservatoire de Paris (CNSMDP), France. Since then he has attained lessons and workshops with John Taylor, Billy Hart, Ethan Iverson, Benoît Delbecq and many more known names among the Jazz and Classical world. He was a member of the Bavarian First Herd and the German Youth Jazz Orchestra and toured Europe and South America with his own projects and as a sideman. He played concerts with John Hollenbeck, Billy Hart, Ben Monder, Manfred Schoof among others on stages like Burghausener Jazztage, Umbria Jazz Festival, Klavierfestival Ruhr. You can listen to him on more than 10 albums, recorded with TURN, HIMOYA, emco, Matthias Schuller’s Multitude, BuJazzO,  hofmeisterschuller, Julia Ehninger,Benny Troschel and Metropol-Musik.
